What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in SAR and there is an automatic currency converter depending on your location.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at email@example.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
I have ordered More than One Product, Will It Come in Separate Packages at Different Times?
Maybe, our distribution centers are located worldwide, so this is the fastest way to deliver your products.
What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
How long are Shipping times?
For UAE customers: Your products will ship within one day of your order, and then take up to 2 to 3 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Cosmetica Stores has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
For other GCC customers: Your products will ship within one day of your order, and then take up to 3 to 5 days to reach your doorstep.
Cash On Delivery?
Currently we provide COD to only customers in the UAE and Kuwait. Once a COD order is placed, a verification message will be send to confirm the order. Once the order is confirmed only, the shipping takes place. if the verification message is not confirmed, the order will be automatically cancelled and no shipping will take place.
