Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders received before 4pm (Dubai time) will be processed and handled to the shipping carrier on the same day. All orders are delivered within 1 to 4 working days to all Arab Gulf countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar. Weekends and official holidays are excluded. You will receive an email, a WhatsApp message, and a text message containing the tracking number of your order once it is picked up by the shipping carrier. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery times, please contact us via the WhatsApp button shown at the bottom of the screen. Or through the email address: info@cs-hair.com

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message and email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Orders to Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other Gulf countries are inclusive of VAT and customs.

 

For international orders, Cosmetica Stores is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@cs-hair.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Returns Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and/or a refund.

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take the products back and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

To start the refund process, follow the following:

    1. Send an email to info@cs-hair.com or through the WhatsApp button below.
    2. Upon the receipt of your return or refund message, your case will be examined for approval and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
